I came here because I was so happy after getting flowers for my mum. The person who helped me made a beautiful bouquet and stuck to my budget, and the bouquet is still beautiful 2 weeks later. Returned them but received the same roses back with only petals removed. The owner refuses to acknowledge the poor quality. Unacceptable from a place so expensive.
