I called to ask what price ranges they would have for a very simple bridal bouquet, and the lady barked at me and said "How can I tell you the price??!! Why are you asking me" and hung up the phone on me. I called her back and asked why she hung up, I was just inquiring and she shouted "I don't want to tell you the price, how can i tell you?!!?" It made absolutely no sense, but the lack of customer service and blatant rudeness alone makes me happy I didn't waste my gas and time to go to the shop. I had a $3000 budget to spend on flowers but I'd rather support someone who deserves it. Clearly that woman has no sense of what good customer service is and judging from tis initial reaction I don't even want to think about what my wedding day would be like working with her!
