They then called back to say that they had already delivered my flowers to another house in our neighbourhood and did I want to go get them. They hadnt just left them with a neighbour, but rather had mis-delivered them to the wrong address, there had been nobody home at that address either so they had just left them on the porch. I do not know the owner of the house where they had left them. Seeing that this might not go smoothly I asked that they retrieve them and deliver them to me. They indicated they would do this before the end of the day. At 7 pm we left home to go for dinner and found the flowers out on our front porch. Nobody had knocked or rang the bell to properly deliver them. Fortunately it was a fairly mild day in April so they were fine, but this should not be the way a flower shop operates. Very poor customer service from a delivery perspective with no apologies from the store.
