I ordered an arrangement for my wife for valentines day 2 days before the delivery date. What showed up for her was unacceptable. The arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered, it had missing items (no burgandy vase, no ribbon, missing flowers) and withered flowers. I go to the store to complain and show them the pictures. The owner says it's not always going to look the same. I showed her the 2 pictures and how they weren't even close to eachother so she said that they don't have those specific vases anymore and they should have called me to let me know but it was an "oversight" just like the missing ribbons and flowers. Overall they attempted to make the same arrangement again with no success and then had the nerve to blame me saying "you should have just ordered a dozen roses instead". They then said they couldn't do anything except refund my money and take the flowers back. This place is very unprofessional, customer service was the worst I have experienced and considering this was not a last minute order and I had planned this a few days ago they didn't care. This woman did not collect the right information for delivery and blamed ME (The person RECEIVING the flowers for my Birthday.) She patronized and belittled me in front of my 3 year old son after I had to go HUNT her down only to find my flowers sitting on the ground outside of our condo. After I picked up the flowers, the woman started back towards me shouting and carrying on about the fact SHE couldn't find ME. I ended up in tears afterwards - The woman was humiliating me in front of my building in an incredibly unprofessional manor. I never through receiving flowers could make someone feel so horrible. Thank you for ruining my Birthday - If you don't want to make someone's day special and beautiful - you should really get out of the Floral business. I would never recommend this place - Not only was the service disturbingly cruel - The arrangement was sub par at best. It could have been assembled by an elementary school student and the lilies were torn and brown along the edges. Gloria was very nice and treated me wonderful. I was told by other florists I could not have the flowers I liked and Gloria did it and they were perfect.
